Board Governance
Most Philanthropic organization have some form of oversight group or Board. They can be formal as a Board of Directors or perhaps a less formal advisor group. These groups are usually made up of volunteers that want to help.
Some organizations are not familiar with how best to work with these oversight groups, there are formal requirements mandated by government for most structures of organizations.
